can I return or exchange?
it is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer free exchanges and up to 100% refunds of your item total only if the item is returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. this resolution applies if;
- the items does not fit you
- you are not satisfied with the quality
please be advised that this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via our returns team. to be eligible for a return;
- the item must be unworn and in the original condition
- the item must be in the original packaging
- the item must has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- the item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
- must have a receipt and proof of purchase
we reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. if this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will be covered by the customer.
if you need to return an item/s please email email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll be able to assist you. returns will take approximately 5 - 7 business days to process through once received.
