when will my order be fulfilled? 

we currently fulfill orders sundays, tuesdays & thursdays at 7pm pst. if we receive your order before this time it will be fulfilled same day.

can I return or exchange?

it is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer free exchanges and up to 100% refunds of your item total only if the item is returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. this resolution applies if;

  • the items does not fit you
  • you are not satisfied with the quality

disclaimer: discounted items are not eligible for full refunds. discounted items are eligible for exchange, however the customer will have to ship to us, and then we will cover the costs of shipping your desired item(s) to you. full priced items are eligible for full return, however the customer will have to ship it to us. full priced items are eligible for exchange, free of charge. we will send you a ups return label via email. 

please be advised that this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via our returns team. to be eligible for a return;

  • the item must be unworn and in the original condition 
  • the item must be in the original packaging 
  • the item must has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • the item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
  • must have a receipt and proof of purchase

we reserve the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. if this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will be covered by the customer.

if you need to return an item/s please email as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll be able to assist you. returns will take approximately 5 - 7 business days to process through once received.

how can I change or cancel my order?

please email as soon as possible with your order number and specific request and we’ll be able to assist you. our team processes and fulfills orders really quick (that means less time waiting on your end). once your order has been fulfilled we are no longer able to make adjustments. 

how can I track my order?

once your order has been sent out you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link directly to the tracking details of your order. from there you can monitor your order's progress until the package is delivered to your door, approximately 2 - 9 business days. 

where do you ship?

we offer worldwide shipping! you will receive your order in approximately 2 - 9 business days from your shipping confirmation email and 5 -12 business days if you're outside of North America. if you are ever unsure, or need help checking out, please email and we will help you.

we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay.

what if my credit card was declined?

if your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase. if for whatever reason you are unsure if your payment has gone through, please email and we'll inform you whether the money was withdrawn or not. 

never received an order confirmation email?

if you do not see a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check if your email was spelled correctly and check your junk folder. if you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our support team by emailing and we'll locate your order and resend an order confirmation email to the preferred email address.
